Job Description
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with teams, architects, contractors, artisans, and vendors to deliver exceptional design outcomes.
• Lead sourcing and specification of furnishings, finishes, textiles, hardware, and lighting.
• Develop and deliver client presentations, mood boards, and detailed FF&E documentation.
• Manage small projects or key segments of larger projects, supporting schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior designers and assist with construction administration tasks (submittals, RFIs, ASIs/IDSKs).
Requirements
• 4–8 years of FF&E-focused interior design experience with a strong luxury residential and/or hospitality portfolio.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage procurement and vendor relationships.
• Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Enscape are a plus).
• Salary range: $90K – $110K annually.
