We’re seeking an experienced F&I Manager for an exciting leadership role.
Summary
We are seeking a skilled F&I Manager to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional financial and insurance services that enhance our customers' experience and support our company's mission of excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, coach, and motivate the F&I team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Work closely with Sales and F&I teams to optimize deal structures and maximize profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Oversee compliance administrators to ensure accurate paperwork completion, funding processing, and follow-up on factory incentives/receivables.
Train and mentor Brand Ambassadors on effective F&I product presentations and closing techniques.
Foster a culture of transparency, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) sales.
Previous leadership or management experience is an asset.
Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
OMVIC Certification.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written), and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Total Compensation: Competitive package that can start from $200,000 to $250,000+ with no cap (base salary + performance-based bonuses)
