Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – Study Abroad Consultant

Job Summary:
iae GLOBAL India is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to represent the company across various educational institutions. The role requires visiting schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, and other institutions to promote our study abroad services and arrange meetings with students interested in international education. This position combines fieldwork with marketing activities to raise awareness of iae GLOBAL India's services and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
▸Conduct regular visits to schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, and other educational institutions to promote study abroad opportunities.
▸Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions to schedule student meetings and consultations.
▸Implement and execute local marketing strategies to generate student interest, including distribution of promotional materials, presentations, and info sessions.
▸Develop and execute on-the-ground marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility within targeted institutions and communities.
▸Collect and analyse feedback from institutions and students to tailor marketing efforts for maximum impact.
▸Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to organise workshops, events, and information sessions at partner institutions.
▸Maintain and track a database of institutions visited, leads generated, and meetings organised.
Requirements:
▸Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
▸Experience in field marketing, sales, or educational consulting is an advantage.
▸Strong communication, presentation, and marketing skills.
▸Ability to travel frequently and work independently in a field-based role.
▸Self-motivated with a passion for education and marketing.
▸Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
▸Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
