Field Marketing Executive
Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
Build end-to-end marketing campaigns in both Salesforce CRM and HubSpot, ensuring synchronization between platforms
Create and manage HubSpot campaigns including but not limited to static lists, workflows, forms, and landing pages that drive conversions
Develop comprehensive campaign assets including registration forms, multi-touch email sequences, and automated workflows
Manage pre-event email communications to maximize attendance and engagement
Event Marketing Technology
Build and configure event registration sites in Swoogo, including both activation registration and CPE (Continuing Professional Education) certificates
Create automated event communication sequences including:
Registration confirmations
Pre-event reminders (24-hour and 1-hour)
Post-event follow-ups (thank you, missed you, CPE delivery)
Integrate Swoogo with HubSpot to ensure seamless data flow, audience segmentation, and registration status’
Analytics & Optimization
Implement Google Analytics tracking across all campaigns and event properties
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on registration rates, attendance, and engagement
Maintain data hygiene across CRM, HubSpot, and Swoogo platforms
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or digital marketing
HubSpot experience including campaigns, workflows, forms, landing pages, and list management
Salesforce CRM experience
Hands-on experience with event marketing platforms (Swoogo experience is a major plus; experience with Cvent, Splash, or similar platforms also valued)
Solid understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and UTM tracking
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, multi-step processes
HubSpot (intermediate to advanced)
Salesforce CRM platforms (helpful but not required)
Event management software (Swoogo preferred, but not required)
Google Analytics
Email marketing best practices
Basic HTML/CSS (helpful but not required)
Soft Skills
Highly organized with excellent project management capabilities
Ability to create process and/or system documentation
Proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot technical issues independently
Strong communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams
Deadline-driven with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
