Job Overview:
Purely looking for candidates with On field job responsibilities. The Field Operation Executive’s responsibilities include leading, supervising and management of all kinds of Promotion and Marketing activities as well as Events along with Coordination with the internal teams, vendors and partners.
Responsibilities and Duties:
To have on field responsibilities for setting up and supervising promotional and marketing activities basis the SOP of the activity.Plan, train and monitor the performance as well as evaluate the activity continuously by being on fieldResponsible for putting on board vendors and partners.Open to odd working hours and on weekends depending on activities and projects present.Reporting to the Line Manager.
Specifications:
Passionate about meeting and influence people and provide a brand experience!Smart and having observation, analysis, negotiation and managerial skills. Must have a positive attitude to explore new challengesMust be presentable and communicate freely and proficiently in English, Bengali & Hindi.Comfortable being on field/outdoors and travelling within and out of base location, for a longer time of the day.Ready to stay out of base location for a long time for professional commitments.Education Level: Graduate or EquivalentJob Experience: Min 1 – 3 years (on ground activation in Agency/ Events/BTL /On field Supervising Role)Must have a Two-Wheeler and a two-wheeler driving license.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
