We are hiring.
Designation: Customer Success Executive
Salary: 25-30 CTC but can be discussed based upon the persons capability
Job Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Experience: 2 Year and Above
Qualification – Minimum HSC passed in any field
Age bracket - 23 to 28 (Maturity in thoughts and business acumen)
Shift timings - 10 pm to 07 pm IST
WFH/ WFO - Work from Home but meetings outside as we don’t have office in these cities
Skills Required:
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Is a passionate sales and marketing expert
Creating Strategic Schedule for meeting
Awareness of the Digital Ecosystem
Adaptable and able to quickly grasp and apply new info
Be a strategic thinker, persuasive communicator and able to embrace frequent change
Experience working in a customer service role
Knowledge of customer success processes
Highly organized and a self-starter
Key roles and responsibility:
On-board New clients
Develop healthy customer Relationship
Understand customers problems and try to solve them
Encourage customers to upgrade their products and way of marketing through our ICT Platform
Enhance customer training
Meet customers on daily basis in the market area
Builds Trust and Transparency with client
Meditate between clients and organization
Promote Customer Loyalty
