About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop a deep understanding of client's needs and pain points, and offer customized solutions to address their HR needs
2. Work closely with the business development managers to ensure a seamless customer experience
3. Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track progress toward sales targets
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-driven approach
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or similar CRM, and other sales tools
4. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
5. Qualification(s): Graduate/postgraduate
6. Experience (years): Minimum 0-2 years
