Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying potential customers, presenting our products and services, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify potential customers and generate leads.

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.

• Present and demonstrate products and services to potential customers.

• Negotiate and close sales deals.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

• Participate in sales events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and selling skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur and surrounding areas.
