g. Monthly Bonus- Linked with Sales- 5,000-15,000 per Month
3. KRAs
1. To manage sales of an allotted LOB or LOBs for allocated area
2. To do monthly sales, activity, coverage and competitive coverage planning along with DSMs
3. Report to BMs/DSMs on daily or regular basis
4. Generate leads/database through various marketing activities
5. Execute quality planned Marketing activities on time
6. Coordinate with Financiers to close sales in minimum possible time
7. Deal with customers with complete transparency, confidently and integrity and resolve their issues proactively
