Responsibilities-
1. Fully Responsible for Sales and collection in assigned Territory. 2. Continuosly visit with the Dealers and Distributors to generate the order and collection. 3. Participate in Field Activities Like Field visit, Demonstration, Visit with our key farmers. 4. Organise the farmer meetings. 5. Record the Demonstration obserbations in his territory. 6. Train the field Team. 7. Send The Daily Report to ASM/RSM as per Format. 8. Dealer Appointment
Requirements
Education :- M.Sc/B.sc/Diploma in Agriculture or relevant field.

Experience:- 3 to 5 years proven experience as sales officer or similar role in Agriculture or allied company.
· Solid knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles.
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities
· Creativity and commercial awareness.
· A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
