Responsibilities
• Provide on-site, online, and phone support for Xper/Flex Cardio products
• Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting commitments and arrival times
• Participate in regional work teams and improve team processes
• Perform all administrative duties within regulatory requirements
• Utilize tools and resources to resolve customer and system problems
• Travel extensively, including international travel
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in field or hospital-based service
• Ability to diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and networking issues
• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call rotations
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to work with radiation sources and radioactive materials
