Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer at Operant Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing installation, troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, user training and customer service activities. The role will involve working directly with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure exceptional performance of communication technology systems.
Qualifications
• Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
• Experience in performing preventive maintenance activities
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and handle physical tasks
• Knowledge of Voice, Data, and/or Video Communication Technology
• Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus
• Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Computer Engineering
