Pacificomm Group is a leading distributor of handsets, tablets and accessory products, providing merchandising and support services to customers and partners within New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Region.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Field Services Representative to assist us in looking after our existing New Zealand clients across the Northland region.
Key Responsibilities:
Create interest and excitement by providing knowledge to help on-sell products
Visit existing customer base on regular call cycles, liaise with store managers, restock shelves and build compelling displays
Build excellent relationships with stores and clients, work closely with store staff to educate them about new accessories and products
Identify opportunities, merchandise and maintain displays, deliver training presentations, update and provide customer's planogram accordingly
Provide weekly feedback on stock selection and replenishment
Requirements:
Be based in Whangarei and comfortable travelling the region
Have some overnight travel requirements, must have a full driver license and a road-legal vehicle
Love technology and be excited about new products that enter the market
About You
You may be working in the technology space in a retail environment or for a key telecommunications company and looking to take that next step in the field.
