We are looking for a bilingual, high-energy, detail-oriented field supervisor/ production manager to oversee our field operations. You will be the "boots on the ground" leader responsible for ensuring every roofing and remodeling project is completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can manage multiple crews, communicate effectively with homeowners, and ensure safety and quality are never compromised.

Key Responsibilities

Field Supervision/ Project Mananger: Visit active job sites daily to monitor progress and ensure crews are following project specifications.
Crew Management: Coordinate with in-house teams and subcontractors to schedule starts and manage daily workflows.
Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections and "punch list" walkthroughs to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Logistics & Materials: Verify that the correct materials are on-site and troubleshoot any shortages or delivery delays.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all crews are following OSHA guidelines and maintaining a clean, professional job site.
Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners during the construction phase to provide updates and resolve concerns.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in residential construction, specifically in roofing, siding, or general remodeling.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple crews and diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of roofing systems, exterior remodeling, and local building codes.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using project management software and mobile apps to track job progress.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
