Roles and Responsibilities
1. To handle the finance function
2. To generate the daily revenue report and the monthly MIS
3. To generate the utility report along with the facilities team
4. To process the purchase orders relating to hospitality
5. Ensuring all the finance SOPs are adhered to
6. Work along with the HO finance team to ensure all information with regards to Audits , Collections and others is shared in a timely manner
7. Collations of all expense bills and ensuring the monthly / quarterly MIS is generated by the 7th of every month
8. Assist the Resort head with periodic vendor performance evaluation for effective vendor development
+. Collecting and tabulating the information for statuary returns / filing
10. Keeping a track of all operating licences and AMCs and timely renewal along with the concerned departments
11. To carry out tasks as assigned by HOD / Management from time-to-time.
12. Generating various reports, related to vendor evaluation, food and beverage, MIS etc.
13. Maintain the club accounts keeping track of club annual maintenance charges and record of club membership
14. Issue new cards to the members.
15. Collection of club revenue such as rental / electricity usage charge
16. Update the rental tracker
17. Update the Hospitality o/s.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
