Job Description
FP&A Team:
FP&A Team is responsible for generating business profitability analysis and related metrics, capital computations and various
reports including RAROC at granular level. Within FP&A, dedicated Business Finance team partners with the business teams to
drive business performance, and partners internally with cost management and consolidation teams.
Role:
The role is part of the Business Finance team within FP&A and involves working with multiple stakeholders on financial
performance management of Bharat Banking. This will include business profitability analysis involving reporting, forecasting and
analytics on Bharat Banking Product P&Ls, Balance Sheet, and business drivers, and will require application of Fund transfer pricing
(FTP) and an understanding of capital reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure FP&A processes are executed in timely and efficient manner.
2. Ensure FP&A processes comply with the underlying framework FTP / Capital reporting [RBI guidelines].
3. Manage data and reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
4. Prepare reports, analysis and presentations on business performance as required.
5. Ensure that proper checks and balances are applied in all activities.
6. Streamline and improve processes eg: for month-end reporting, forecasting and analysis.
7. Manage internal customer relationships with business, functions and within finance through effective communication.
8. Understand RBI guidelines relating to Basel III.
+. Prepare data requirement related to RBI, statutory auditors, and internal auditors in accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
Chartered Accountant / Post graduation/ Graduation from a recognized institute
MBA from recognized institute
Strong skills in MS-Excel, SQL, Tableau

Detailed understanding of Banking Company Businesses.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
