About the role. Mō te Tūranga
Support our independent travel brokers with transactional finance queries and process improvements.
Perform key finance admin tasks including supplier payments, credit card reimbursements, and commission processing.
Reconcile large data sets with speed and accuracy.
Monitor and respond to finance-related queries via shared inboxes, ensuring excellent customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth financial operations and resolve booking-related issues.

You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
You bring intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, IF statements, tables) and are confident handling large data sets.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly customer service manner.
You’re a proactive problem solver who can work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Experience with Tramada and financial reconciliations is desirable but not required (along with a willingness to learn and adapt).
