Job Summary
Candidate will be responsible for managing all activities pertaining to Accounts, Finance & Banking on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Maintain day to day P&L, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows
• Handling tax matters pertaining to GST
• Payroll & Petty Cash Management
• Timely filing of returns
• Manage separate P&L of different Project Sites
• Manage Receivable & Payable
• Knowledge and capability in handling Trade Finance – Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Cash Credit Facilities, Buyer’s Credit etc
• Maintenance of monthly filings for EPF & ESIC
• Liaison with tax consultants / chartered accountants and resolve queries in a timely manner
• Handle all Banking matters – Preparation of Loan Documents, Manage OD Facilities, Working Capital Facilities etc
• Finalize books of accounts and assist with annual audit
• Import & Export documentation pertaining to Accounts – ex. Claiming of duty drawbacks against export
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good working knowledge of GST
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Tally Prime & MS Office
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Hard working with strong work ethics and integrity
