Job Title: Finance Analyst
Experience: 1 to 5 Years ( only experience one can apply )
Location: Thane – Wagle Estate
Department: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualification:
• B.Com / M.Com
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our finance team under the CFO’s Department . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial insights and supporting business decision-making through effective analysis and reporting.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Track key financial metrics and identify variances
2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor budget adherence and provide insights on performance
3. Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity
• Prepare cash flow projections and variance analysis
4. Cost Optimization & Process Improvement:
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support process automation and improvements in financial operations
5. Taxation & Accounting Tools:
• Working knowledge of TDS, GST compliance
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting software
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to communicate financial insights effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
