Finance and Accountant | Consultant

Job Responsibility:

# Prepare/Review MSA/project contracts/SOWs with client and maintain relevant data.

# Assisting in the monthly billing process and coordinating between the business teams &

Accounts

# Maintaining & reporting accurate sales data. External and cross branch sales

# Variance Analysis & Reporting of the P&l Expenses & Revenue

# Budgeting & Forecasting

# Accounting Knowledge. Reconciliation of general ledger. Ensure the accruals, reclassifications

and prepayments are booked correctly

# Finalization & closure of project costing in BPC. Includes FTE input and allocation run.

# Capex Control & Depreciation analysis. Asset creation request

# Other Ad hoc jobs on need basis. IO creation, CC creation etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

# Demonstrated capability to perform in a highly professional environment and meet strict

deadline with attention to details.

# Consistently work to identify opportunities and continuous improvement to achieve

harmonization and standardization

# Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.

# Excellent data analysis skill and adept in working with numbers in large and multiple excel

spreadsheet.

# Proficient in MS-Excel and other MS office tools. Exposure to BPC tool & SAP would be added

advantage

# Good communication & time management skills is a must .
