Job Description
1. Finalization of books of account and statutory records
a) Preparation of financial – standalone and console, SEBI results
b) Scrutiny of Books of accounts / GL scrutiny
c) Monthly and year end Provisions.
d) Supervision of day-to-day accounting
e) Timely closure of books of accounts on monthly and annual basis
f) Review of all contracts and custodian of exposures contracted with Vendors. Ensuring authority matrix followed
and deviations are appropriately ratified.
2. MIS, Financial Statements & Audit:
a. Expense management - review and escalation of exceptions.
b. Accounting and process controls around
c. Analysis of Cost Vs Benefit on Major expenses Spends
e. Co-ordinations with internal and Statutory Auditor
f. Statutory (quarterly and Annual) and Tax audit completion as per timelines advised by management
3. Regulatory and Statutory compliances:
a) Implementation of Internal audit gaps and timely correction of processes.
b) Working knowledge of Companies- Act 2013,
c) Working knowledge of Ind AS
d) Working knowledge of indirect tax for day-to-day accounting
