About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Accounting Professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the Accounts Payable function, ensuring seamless processing of purchase orders, invoices, and expenses.
You will work closely with associates to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Your expertise in finance and accounting will be essential in analyzing invoice reports, reconciling processed work, and allocating expenses to the correct accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process Purchase Orders, Non-Purchase Orders, and eInvoices in accordance with established processes
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports
• Production planning on a daily basis and allocating inflow volume to respective team members
• Paying vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling, and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders
