Job Description
Zelthy is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance - Accountant to join Finance & Accounts department. We is a fast-growing next generation Healthcare Platform currently used by top global pharmaceutical companies and health-tech companies across Asia.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of Accounts through Tally journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic quarterly and annual financial reports. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements (TDS, Service Tax, PT, PF, ESI etc.).
- Do monthly invoicing to Clients and follow up with debtors for realization of payments, sending reminders, balance confirmations, follow up for TDS certificates etc;
- Liaise with bank on any discrepancy of receipts/payments.
- Liaise with banks and credit organizations to setup credit facilities for the company
- Maintaining all accounting & statutory records of the Company
- Monthly TDS working & GST workings & preparing challans for depositing the same.
- Manage payroll and employee reimbursements for Company.
- Manage monthly billing to various clients and track receivables
- Ensure timely payment of invoices. Ensure proper maintenance of fixed assets and compute depreciation.
- Work closely with the Management to ensure smooth functioning of the Accounts and finance functions.
- Follow up with debtors for realization of payments, sending reminders, balance confirmations, follow up for TDS certificates etc.
- Verification of Purchase Orders & advance requisition, AMC agreements, work orders etc, assistance to Procurement team in streamlining the processes.
• What we are looking for
- Should be a CA Inter/B.Com/ M.Com with 1-3 year experience
- Good communication and listening skills. Should be a team player
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Tally)
- Prior experience in processing Salaries, PF and TDS filing.
