The Role
We’re currently looking for a Finance and Salary Packaging Officer to manage the Salary Packaging Service.
The Finance and Salary Packaging Officer will:
Manage various salary packaging contracts with the outsourced providers and their relationship manager.
Managing all tax related matters for JHNSW including FBT and BAS.
Promotion of salary packaging at staff events and webinar.
Actively review salary packaging participations rate on monthly basis and proactively engage with non-participating staff to increase participation and the number of the packages.
Provide appropriate FBT advice to staff and management.
Administer staff salary packaging arrangements with provider. This includes any deed and coordinate any account migrations from wider Health as well as new packages set up or ceasing.
Understand salary packaging offering beyond FBT and Meal and Entertainment card and promote accordingly.
The position is also responsible for other financial functions with a broad range of duties including reconciliations, data analysis and taxation compliance and reports to the Financial Accountant.
