This Finance Assistant position requires strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities to support Visy's operational and strategic goals.
• Purchasing: Request new vendors through SAP VIMS, process credit card purchases, manage GRIR function in SAP.
• Finance: Ensure costs are accurately posted to P&L, reconcile weighbridge transactions against vendor charges.
Main Responsibilities:
• Purchasing duties including training local employees and reviewing goods/services for cost-effective vendors;
• Finance tasks such as ensuring accurate postings of costs to profit/loss statements;
