Where would you fit in the organisation?
We are looking for a strong candidate with experience in finance and accounting to support our day-to-day finances, such as month-end reporting, day-to-day payments to vendors, internal reporting, monthly reconciliations, and system improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keeping track of accounts, issuing invoices, and processing vendor payments
• Responding to all internal and external queries within 24 hours related to finances
• Handle incoming payments and follow ups for timely payments
• Approve day to day payments and manage cashflow
• Troubleshoot any grievance coming in from the fellows or other stakeholders and find effective solutions related to finances
• Aiding with audits and reviews and analyzing financial data
• Proficiency in Excel
Role Requirements:
• 0-2 years of work experience in Business Finance or Accounting
• Ability to execute fast and effectively with a strong focus on outcomes
• Self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated individual looking to grow in an early-stage startup
• Comfortable working with different tech tools and a multitasker
• Location - Bangalore. We have a hybrid work culture
