Job Description
Gulfstream Capital, a registered investment advisor based in Knoxville, TN, is looking to hire a detail oriented part time associate with general finance and accounting skills who can assist with monthly tasks related to accounting and investment management.
Responsibilities
• Complete the monthly reconciliation of the accounting books for the company.
• Assign securities to their investment classes and sectors within the company's portfolio management system.
• Generate and upload monthly and quarterly statements.
• Assist in data download and maintaining the integrity of the company's records.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or enrolled and working towards a Bachelor's degree.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Knowledge of basic accounting rules, finance and investment principles is ideal.
• High integrity and excellent references.
