We’re looking for a Management Accountant / Business Partner who’s more than a numbers person – someone who sees beyond the spreadsheet to unlock insights, guide strategy and influence decisions that drive real impact.
Role:
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor and translating financial data into strategic insight. Whether it’s shaping budgets, evaluating performance, or driving efficiencies – your work will help guide the future of Interactive.
A bit about you:
You’re CA/CPA qualified with a strong grasp of accounting standards and financial analysis;
You’ve got experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions and know how to turn complex financials into clear, actionable advice;
You’re comfortable presenting to leadership and influencing strategic direction;
You’re curious, analytical, and passionate about solving problems and driving performance;
You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy being part of a high-performing team.
Some of the key things you’ll do:
Partner with leaders to provide financial insight and strategic recommendations;
Prepare financial reports and models that support planning and decision-making;
Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles;
Identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends to drive continuous improvement;
Support key projects with financial expertise and commercial thinking.
