About Our Client
Our client is one of the fast growing lending Fintech companies based out of Gurgaon. They invest in technology companies across Seed to Series A financing rounds
Job Description
• Co coordinating and creating monthly Key performance reports/indicators for various funds for the top management
• Co coordinating and creating and analysing future projected returns of various funds for the top management.
• Recording and maintaining/review of fund accounts and month end closures.
• Reviewing capital calls notices of investors based on the cash flow projections of the fund
• Working /review of calculations and liaising with SPV administrator for movement of funds and timely distribution of exit proceeds
• Responsible for regularly updating and analysing budget vs. actual of various costs head of various funds.
The Successful Applicant
• Qualifications: MBA/CA
• Knowledge of Private Equity Fund Administration/fund accounting background is must
