Job Purpose
1. Provide oversight to all financial operations of the real estate assets under management (SPVs)
2. Prepare budgets and financial forecasts statements and MIS reports of the real estate assets (SPVs).

Job Summary
1. Managing and streamlining all finance and accounting operations of the SPVs which are supported by a detailed set of policies, procedures, and forms. Accounting transactions typically include tenant billings, accounts payable, and collections (as per leasing arrangements) as well as operational cashflow management (facilities, utilities and repair and maintenance) and managing asset investments (upgrade of fixed assets).
2. Coordinating and directing preparation of the budget and financial forecasts for each commercial real estate asset and report variances
3. Managing Management Information System pertaining to finance/ accounts of each SPV.
4. Review each SPVs legal documents such as operating agreements, management agreements and loan documents, lease agreements with tenants etc.
5.Help prepare the balance sheet of each SPV in close coordination with appointed CA
6. Preparation of cashflows based on fee income received from each SPV
7. Managing Management Information System pertaining to finance/ accounts
8. Maintains a system of controls to ensure that cashflows are used appropriately
9. Manages the processing of all accounting transactions.
