Sound technical knowledge of Core finance, Accounting and Taxation & Auditing
Competency in advanced Excel and MS office, Have exposure to ERP environment (SAP, Oracle, others)
Good Communication Skills, Intellectual Skills, Team Management.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Role and Responsibilities : -
Publishing of financial statement, Profit & loss Account, Balance sheet, CFS etc.
Revenue and Cost governance: - Revenue assurance and sustainable cost management as per business plan
Publishing of monthly MIS reports, Cost schedules, TB schedules, Variance Analysis, forecasting.to management
Ensuring statutory Compliances: GSTR 1 and 3B filings, GSTR 2A reconciliation, TDS, ESI-PF Reco.
Managing accounts payables: Day to day accounting of expenses/invoices & shared service management
Key point of contact for business stakeholders and facilitating business partnership.
Supporting the finance Manager & business heads with projects, budgets & plan preparation.
Ensuring successful closure of audit and closure of internal and statutory audit observations.
Critical attributes to success would be integrity, strong communication, cadence and resilience.
