The Senior Finance Executive will oversee the finalization of books of accounts, leveraging their expertise in accounting principles and auditing practices. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Finalization of books of accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis for senior management, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and manage the audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit deliverables.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
• Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA inter qualification or equivalent preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in financial management or accounting, with a strong background in account finalisation.
• Experience working in an Audit/CA firm is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting practices
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally and advanced Excel skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
