• Manage account statements
• Record daily revenue & other numbers
Key Responsibilities:•
1. •Financial Management:•
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure the accuracy of the financial statements and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. •Strategic Planning:•
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
3. •Budgeting and Forecasting:•
- Lead the annual budgeting process.
- Conduct regular financial forecasting and reporting.
4. •Risk Management:•
- Identify and manage financial risks.
- Ensure appropriate insurance coverage is maintained.
5. •Operational Efficiency:•
- Oversee financial and accounting systems, processes, and controls.
- Streamline accounting functions and operations.
6. •Team Leadership:•
- Manage and develop the finance team.
- Ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest financial management software and tools.
7. •Stakeholder Management:•
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.
- Communicate financial performance and strategy to the board of directors and shareholders.
•Qualifications:•
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA inter or CA final or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of financial law and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in financial management software.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
