Key Responsibility Areas:
Book-Keeping & Management on Tally, Compliance, & General Understanding of Direct & Indirect Taxes, Coordination with our CA & Auditors, MIS Reporting on MS-Excel
Accounting:
• Assisting consultant in bookkeeping and Bank Reconciliation
• Assist in Finance and Account related queries with all Vendors and Business Associates and Staff,
• Examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Manage employee data on projects, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Compliance:
• Assist with and act as the primary point of contact for auditor requests for all requirements.
• Compliance with payment, reporting, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintaining Financial Records and Bookkeeping
• Ensure compliance and reporting related to Taxation and Company Law (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Filing for Registrar of Companies, etc.)
Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
• Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice,
• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
• Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to financial processes
• Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in accounting, tally, excel, and bookkeeping
