Job Description:
The Global Models Audit (GMA) group is responsible for assessing design and operating effectiveness of controls designed for managing model risks; evaluating compliance of the Bank’s model risk management practices with regulatory requirements, best market practices, and the Bank’s model risk policies.
The intern/co-op will contribute to the on-time and quality delivery and execution of the annual audit plan. They will be responsible for daily execution of the audit tasks, which may include:
Understanding audit methodology
Understanding and reviewing model documentation
Performing testing of controls and documentation of test results
Assisting the audit team in preparation of audit documentation
Ensuring effective execution of audit policies and procedures.
Skills Required:
Working knowledge of applied statistics and/or mathematics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Highly inquisitive nature
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Keen learner with ability to absorb new information quickly

Understanding of financial modelling concepts
Academic research experience
