We are a dynamic firm seeking a Senior Associate – Asset-Based Finance to join our New York office.
The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in transactional law and excellent academic credentials.
Strong understanding of asset-based finance, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, securitization and/or structured finance.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, New York.
