Financial Management Role
This is a challenging role within the Financial Control department, responsible for leading all aspects of accounting, financial and management reporting functions.
The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of financial reports in accordance with local GAAP and group accounting standards (IFRS), ensuring accurate and timely submission to the holding company for group reporting and consolidation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the accounting function and system for accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and general ledger.
• Evaluate and enhance financial systems, processes and ERP tools to improve accounting procedures and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory reporting, accounting standards, audit and tax regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team for performance growth and ensure adherence to internal control and reporting timelines.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (A) or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS) & hands-on experience in financial and management reporting and analytics.
