Job Description
• Passing necessary journal entries (sales/expenses/inter-company balances) in Zoho books (zoho books experience is must)
• Ensuring all tax compliance is managed properly. Filing of GST returns, TDS returns, income tax returns
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Company
• Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
• Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
• Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
• Prepare balance sheets and invoices.
Skill requirement
• Candidates should have at least three years’ experience in finance and an understanding of Accounting– mandatory requirement
• CA/CA Inter/B.com/M.com
• Expertise in Excel and ZOHO books – mandatory requirement
• Expertise in GST, Income tax, TDS, accounting standards – mandatory requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to direct and supervise.
