Job Description
Strengthen BAP Partnership by driving key Business and Transformation projects for SBG / SBU / GBE Finance & Business Leadership team
Partner with COE Leadership to enhance current process metrics & performance measurement system in line with Honeywell as well as, key industry practices
Be an effective mentor to the team and drive analytics projects
Build strong team by driving effective succession planning
Drive Effective organization design through sustained and improved VOE Score and attrition reduction
Implement process improvement plans by developing tools and other solutions with cross functional teams
Identifying opportunities for process improvements which include driving efficiencies in the work area to speed up and improve the quality of output, by way of sharing best practices
MUST HAVE
Qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant or MBA Finance
10+ yrs experience in FP&A with some years’ experience in Supply Chain
At least 6 years People management experience
Good knowledge of ERP systems
Presentation skills and Stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Accounting Policies/ US GAAP
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization
Great Story Telling Skills – Ability to draw actionable insights from complex data
Ability to lead cross cultural high performing BAP (FP&A) team of 20-30 people
WE VALUE
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
Strong Financial, Problem Solving, Quantitative and Statistical Analysis Skills
Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Python, ETL tools like Alteryx, Talent etc. are preferred
Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work environment and requirements, work under pressure with sense of urgency, and meet tight deadlines
