Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects
• Estimate funds required for short and long-term financial objectives
• Complete financial reports, lead month-end closing process, and conduct monthly financial forecasts
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• STRATAGIZE on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions
• Offer suggestions on assets that maximize returns, taking into consideration the proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive business performance of the organization
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports to optimize financial decision-making
• Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments
• Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization on both short and long-term bases
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or related field
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team, as well as work within a team environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Superb technical ability and negotiation skills
