Responsibilities • Undertake the legal compliances, due diligence, accounting, taxation & preparing company-wide systems, processes for HR, payrolls, etc. • Manage daily finances, auditing, and preparation of accounts balance sheets • Manage compliances, certifications, & filing of taxes, GST • Work on preparation of the company's financial roadmap, tracking the expenses, & allotting budgets • Work on timely and accurate billing to clients • Ensure payments are received and recorded on time • Handle bank reconciliations • Work & mediate between investors, accountants, shareholders, team members & lawyers • Lead investments from all potential and interested investors, and work with investors to pitch and conduct due diligence. Onboarding Process 10 Days - CS (Company Secretary) Learn about legalities, agreements, compliances & company laws applicable to the startup 10 Days - Investment Banker - MIS tracking system, providing crucial information to investors, shareholders, laws applicable, interacting with investors, fundraising & pitching 10 Days - Accountant - Work and understand the taxation, setup accounting system and software Qualifications • Passion for numbers & finance • 3+ Year experience in Finance / Law - auditing/ accounting/ taxation/ forecasting • Completed graduation • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company - strong interpersonal skills • Attention to detail & analytics • Leadership & Team building skills • Preferably Qualified Chartered Accountant
