We're delighted to be exclusively partnered with a successful family run business, with over 50 years of experience and a great reputation within their field, based near Upton, Poole. They moved into larger, modern premises this year as they continue to thrive and expand the business. They are looking to appoint a Finance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your new role
This job requires a hands-on Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the finance function, so you can expect a broad and varied role. This will include monthly management accounts, fixed assets, VAT returns, bank reconciliations, sales & purchase ledger, payroll. You will be preparing the statutory accounts for the external accountants to review and liaising with them to complete the audit.
What You'll Need To Succeed
In order to be successful, we're looking for an experienced Finance Manager who is proactive, reliable and has the willingness to take on responsibility across the business, as this is a true team environment where everyone supports each other. Holding an accounting qualification isn't essential on this role, as long as you're able to demonstrate the necessary experience required.
