Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Certified Accountant (CA) with a proven track record of statutory audit experience, specifically for large, listed Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or central statutory audits of banks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in statutory audits and a strong working knowledge of current regulations.
The successful candidate will be well-versed in the latest statutory audit rules and regulations, particularly for listed entities. A good understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Statutory Audit of Large, Listed NBFCs
• Central Statutory Audit of Banks
• Implementation and Compliance with Current Statutory Audit Rules and Regulations
• Preparation and Review of Financial Statements under Ind AS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Certified Accountant (CA) qualification
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in statutory auditing
• Hands-on experience in statutory audits of large, listed NBFCs or central statutory audits of banks
• Strong knowledge of current statutory audit rules and regulations
• Good working knowledge of Ind AS
