The Role
We are looking to hire an energetic and diligent Finance and Accounts team member to work with the
Head of Finance, Founders and Leadership Team to ready Eggoz in their journey of growth. He / She
will play a key role in improving the financial management capability of the business, with the priority
objective of supporting strategic growth plan of Eggoz. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play
a lead role in the Finance function at Eggoz.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Manage books of Accounts using existing Accounting System
• Ensure timely filing and reporting of IT, GST, TDS and ensure compliance with other required Legal and Financial regulations
• Choose, implement and maintain the best-fit accounting and ERP solution
• Ensure all banking transactions including the pay out of salary & incentives, Farmers and
• Vendor pay-outs are carried out in a smooth and timely manner
• Create monthly P&L, Cost analysis, profitability analysis and other important dashboards for the company
• Prepare monthly MIS, investor dashboards and presentations
• Prepare for audits and due diligence
Candidate Skills & Qualifications
• 3-7 years of post-qualification experience (Qualified CA / CFA / CMA) with strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience with an FMCG Or Manufacturing organization required and experience with a start- up would be an added advantage
• Experienced in Financial Closing, Planning, Controls & Compliance, Indian Accounting
• Standards, Taxation requirements and Payroll
• Strong proficiency with Financial Systems
• Willing to work in a start-up and build everything from scratch
• Willing to work 6 Days a week
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to build great presentations and reports
• Interest in automation of processes, aptitude towards automation techniques like RPA
