Angels in my kitchen is an established and widely respected chain of bakeries operating across Delhi NCR. Started in 2003, it has 18 retail outlets and modern 15000 Sq Feet Commissary, servicing a loyal base of customers across Delhi NCR and the world.
We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to lead our Accounting Team and oversee our Accounting and Taxation processes along with them. The candidate would need to have a minimum of 1 Year Relevant Experience after completing his CA Finals.
He would be required to have experience and expertise to handle the following:
• Good understanding of taxation laws.
• Responsible for handling complete Fixed Assets management (FAR).
• Manage Tax Audit and filling of ITR.
• Tax provisioning based on the advance tax calculations.
• Coordination with auditors for audit requirement.
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Managing financing and accounts operations.
• Ensure the accuracy in the books after proper checking on regular basis
• Monthly reports preparation and closing activities related of Accounts
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Prepare financial statements on quarterly basis
• Ensure timely bank reconciliations payments and receipts
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns (GST and TDS) and other Statutory compliances
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
Requirements
• Work experience to handle Accounts, taxation and MIS
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally prime
• Advanced MS Excel skills
