Finance Manager | OneStream | EPM Systems Lead | Remote

Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

· Responsible for leading OneStream implementations across different strategic workstreams including coordinating with implementation partners to build Financial Consolidations, Planning and Forecasting modules as well as acting Admin once implemented.

· Manage project delivery, including schedule, client, and budget.

· Lead a multi-disciplinary project with multiple teams to a successful rollout of OneStream financial systems.

· Provide oversight of all project activities, including the management of infrastructure, architecture, hosting, and development teams to ensure their confidence in the overall success of the project and clarity on our team's path to delivery.

· Manage the activities of Renovo staff, including first-level managers, subject matter experts and/or individual contributors to ensure effective project performance and client satisfaction.

· Prioritize overall project activities to meet project milestones and own the overall integrated master project schedule.

· Lead all external/client-facing management reporting activities, including weekly status reports and program management reports.

· Lead all internal status meetings for teams supporting OneStream implementation and management.

· Serve as the primary escalation point for all external stakeholders and internal team members Manages financial/budget and contractual obligations, including all reporting and monitoring activities.

· Prepare budget/forecast as required. Partner with Corporate executive team to plan and execute against strategic initiatives including monthly financial reviews against budget, forecast updates, and business case analysis

· Any other adhoc projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

· A minimum of 08 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, ERP implementation, including at least 3 years of management experience.

· A minimum of 3 years of financial systems implementation experience including creating and maintaining financial reporting cubes, budget and forecast templates, and admin user experience. OneStream experience strongly preferred.

· Proven management and leadership ability to lead multiple cross-disciplinary Finance teams on complex, high visibility projects.

· Demonstrated track record of delivering high visibility, challenging projects successfully, with preference given for experience with leading one stream implementation.

· Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks under strict deadlines.

· Strong analytical and systems thinking skill set -- the ability to apply technical solutions to broad, complex problems.

· Big 4 accounting firms experience highly preferred.

This candidate must be willing to work in the US timings from Mon-Fri +am – 5pm CST (7:30PM – 3:30am Indian Standard Time)

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required.

· Master’s degree preferred.

· Professional certification, e.g., ACCA, CA, will be highly preferred.

Salary Range: USD 1200 - 1500 per month (Will be paid in USD)
