Job Description
Location: Newtown, Kolkata.
Exp: Minimum 10 + years in core finance. Having strong knowledge in real estate industry.
CTC: Up to 6 Lakhs.
1. The candidate must have adequate experience and knowledge on various investment options (including mutual funds) with regard to investment of surplus fund both long term and short term in nature. This would include maximization of yield in relevant categories.
2. Monthly cash budget, Cash flow management.
5. Handling L.C (FLC & ILC), B.G
6. Stock Statement monthly (for CC account)
7. The candidate must have adequate knowledge and experience in preparation CMA Data, Project Report, Presentation of company s financials for availing financial assistance through various agencies.
