We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of all financial operations and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business. This is a broad role where you’ll be trusted to lead the finance team, drive efficiency, and act as a key partner to the Managing Director on strategic decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cashflow.
Providing clear, timely financial insights to support decision-making at a senior level.
Leading on statutory audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Working closely with operational teams to improve profitability and cost control.
Managing risk and ensuring strong financial controls are in place.
Supporting on capital expenditure planning, funding options, and long-term financial strategy.
Driving improvements in processes, reporting systems, and use of technology.
Developing and mentoring the finance team to ensure high performance.
Getting involved in wider projects such as acquisitions, expansions, or investment reviews.
We’re looking for someone who is:
A qualified accountant.
Experienced in a senior finance role with full P&L and balance sheet responsibility.
Commercially astute, with the ability to align finance with business goals.
Confident in leading a team and building strong working relationships.
Skilled in financial planning, risk management, and governance.
Comfortable influencing at board level while also happy to roll up your sleeves.
