Due to significant growth of company, now we are seeking finance officers, to analyse, evaluate and process credit and loan applications . The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing credit and loan applications, managing customer financial records, and ensuring compliance with company credit policies. You will play a key role in evaluating financial information, liaising with credit institutions, and facilitating mortgage approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse customer financial data including pay slips, credit ratings, investment risks, and references against predetermined policy standards.
Contact financial and credit institutions to gather additional information about applicants.
Prepare documentation detailing credit and loan terms, including repayment schedules, interest rates, and conditions.
Provide financial institutions with accurate reports on customer standing and loan history.
Authorise or recommend approval of credit and loan applications based on risk assessments and company policies.
Determine appropriate credit limits and lending terms, and advise on adjustments as needed.
Maintain up-to-date records of loan payments, identify overdue accounts, and prepare follow-up correspondence.
Respond to customer inquiries related to credit standing, loan balances, repayment terms, and penalties.
Recommend, approve, and arrange mortgage loans where appropriate.
Qualifications and Skills:
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics , Business, or a related field, Or A minimum 2 years of experience in finance, credit assessment, or mortgage lending.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Capable to self-generate additional leads.
Very keen for your field of work and are continually updating your professional development and product knowledge
Good relationship skills and enable to earn your client trust readily.
Highly thrive in a fast-paced and have strong will to succeed.
