Responsibilities:
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial records to maintain accurate financial data.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process by preparing journal entries and assisting with the reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Develop and implement financial procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes as necessary, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards.
